I've stayed at this hotel twice and will be returning in December. The staff were friendly and the rooms were comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located near the Ipoh Parade Mall and is within walking distance to the New Town area. There is also a 24-7 convenience store nearby, making it easy to grab snacks or necessities.

The hotel could improve on their housekeeping service.

Its location in the city and nearby facilities such as sports complex,medical services providers and conveneince shops.

Limited covered car parks and also too small for the lobby.

We appreciated the location, which was convenient. Dataran ipoh set 5-minute drive. The hotel was close to Ipoh train station. We would still consider staying here again, the venue suited our needs.

This hotel offered excellent value for money, with reasonable room rates starting at just RM99+ per night. The staff were friendly and provided great service, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The WiFi worked well, allowing us to stay connected, and the hotel's convenient location near a 24-7 convenience store was a bonus.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic and there were no major issues to report.

I think it would be the staff at the reception where they actually show their welcome and friendly smile whenever they encounter the occupants. I really enjoy and feel happy whenever they greet me with just a simple smile.

The water flow of the bathroom shower, for cold water, is too small.

Should have a plug point in the bathroom for hair dryer and shaver...TV too small.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel. It was easily accessible from the transportation hubs and within walking distance to the nearby stadium. The hotel was also near a 24-7 convenience store, making it easy to grab snacks or essentials any time. We were impressed by the friendly and accommodating staff who even helped us book a Grab ride to the KTM station. Despite its age, the hotel was kept clean and free from any unpleasant odors.

Nothing not too like.

The room is smelly, the shower is not hot, tv not working, air cond very noisy at night. Room is quite small for the price we paid. Parking limited. Staff not so friendly.

The location of the hotel is strategic and the hotel provide free carpark for those who drive a car.

The decoration of the room is poor.One of the light of the room i stay is spoil. The breakfast is poor. It just make me feel like the price is not worth for the room i stayed.

The bathroom was nice, sufficient parking, friendly staff, clean room.

Staff were welcoming and informative. Room was spacious ...although a little basic (plenty of space with nothing in it really). Breakfast was also limited, but OK. You get the impression the hotel only expects people to stay one night on their way elsewhere. Safe parking - easy to find.

Fair Park is not near anything. You will need a car if you stay and want to venture out. We were chargd for an extra bed in the room even though it was actually a sofa bed that wa already there before we asked for the additional bed (RM40 for a blanket and a pillow basically). We booked a Junior Suite ...actually just a big hotel room with nothing in it except space.

During our longer work, related stay, we found the location to be convenient for those attending events at the nearby stadium. we did have to spend a little extra for taxis to the New Town central area and Ipoh Parade Mall. Our room was clean and well, maintained with a comfortable bed and adequate amenities, while the front desk staff were polite and helpful. the included breakfast had good variety and tasted good.

Staff were helpfull...but nothing else good to say!

We are travelling and staying in budget hotels however.... Location was out of the centre, rooms were basic, not very clean and small. Not a 3 star accommodation 1 or 2 at very best.

The hotel staff are really friendly and helpful. Instead of staying in standard room, we have been upgrated to Junior Suite+ Valentine's dinner + one bottle of wine with addtional RM 81. They even decorate the suite with love shape balloons.
